    Rick:

    Nice bird, with beautiful plumage.

    I am not seeing a lot of detail in the feathers on the body, so I suspect that some of the whites are blown, perhaps just in the red channel. I recently had this problem with a pinkie, the histogram average was OK, but the red channel def. had some blow whites, which resulted in poor image detail.

    With this dark of a background, maybe -1 of EC.

    The plumage looks great but I would give it more room all around. The whites look good on my monitor.

    Thw whites look fine here too. Nice bird but way too tight, and, you have simply clipped off the feet.... Should have traded the 2X for the 1.7.
