    I find these birds so though to shoot :),
    I finally got a decent flight shot but unfortunately to wing is clipped :(, can you still save this shot in PS?
    Also CC please
    Shot with Nikon D300 and AF-S 300mm at iso:400 and f/5.6

    HI Brian - The clipped wing can indeed be fixed in P.S. if it fits with your personal ethics - Robert O'Tooles APTATS cd steps you through the process - it is available from Arties website (www.birdsasart.com)

    I like the out stretched wings - always best to get them before they fly past you/

    Depending on what metering mode you are using - with a black bird against a bright background - you will need to be addding light through your exposure compensation controls - otherwise you will end up with some of your blacks blocked (no detail) which you apear to have here (At least on my laptop display)
