Meet Lady Brown; a beautiful lady that came to visit one afternoon...The base image was modified by appling a textured oil canvas on top of a water color base...:cool:
Looks like a blue morpho, think I prefer this texture to the canvas of the other butterfly. Very nice composition Gus. Beautiful colours and shades on the flower.

Gus, This is a paler rendition than I'm used to from you-and I like it!!!! Nice composition,might need a tad of contrast-could just be my monitor-Well done!
That IS a blue morpho! I only get to see those during the butterfly exhibit at our local botanical garden. Next time wait for him to open her wings and see if that electric blue doesn't bowl you over!
