    “Captain Harry”

    Meet Captain Harry; a native of Siesta Key, in Sarasota Florida. The Captain always hangs around the pier waiting for food from the local fishermen. He was painted with a Nikon D200, using a Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5 - f/5.6G IF-ED VR

    you know i love the big, dumb, goofy birds!! and this is one of them. classic pelican shot, gus! nice light on the captain!

    Nice comp and pose Gus. Is it my eyes or is it a bit oversharpened in the feathers in the body. Lovely colours and exposure.
