    As I mentioned on your last post of this bird, I think they have one of the most interesting faces in the bird kingdom.

    I like the wing position, esp. trailing in the water, exp. and sharpness, color of water.

    If available, a bit more space in front. I would crop a bit off the right, just short of where the wake in the water starts, and add to the front. If you can bring up the eye a bit, that would be nice as well.

    Cool pose and the wing touching the water adds to it. Maybe a bit more sharpening, more room on the left and I might remove some of the specular highlights.
