Nice Pinkie at Little Estero - doing the fish dance

Wish I had more room on the bottom for virtual feet.

    Comments appreciated

    Default Rework of red channel

Sorry for the quick edit, but in looking back at the post, it was obvious I wasn't getting the detail In the wing and neck that I expected.

I rechecked the histogram, red channel, and was clipping, only in red channel. I did a few tweaks including decreasing the red sat. slightly, which eliminated the clipping. Hope this looks better, with more detail.

    Ah, that learning curve!

    Hi Randy,

Your original post is an example of curves going wrong :)
Repost is much better, although I still need room for the virtual legs.

Glad to see you used that good-looking image for you avatar Randy.

Repost looks much better and of course you are busted for the virtual legs. I like the posture and dance that you caught.

The repost is a major improvement. You could try to add canvas at the bottom.

    Axel:

I agree with the need for more room at the bottom. I don't use photoshop yet, so don't have an easy mechanism for doing that. It is my list of things to do!

How difficult will it be to handle the reflections in the added canvas?

    Thanks

    Randy

The extension for the bird's left leg might be a bit tricky because of the angle.
