It looks like one tough hombre! Now that's a look. I'd say you got a winner based on a unique appearance or facial expression. The technicals looks good too. I do not mind the shading on the eye due to the eye lashes. Sharp.
Pretty cool image. I like the eye contact, details and BG but the shadow of the eye lashes puts it over the top for me. Maybe a bit more space at the top.
