    The local osprey are well established in the nests and starting the anual breeding bahavior. This male is leaving the nest to fly over to the Gulf of Mexico and pick out something tasty for breakfast.

    Nice capture but I would like to see more of the beak, it gets lost in the wing. These are beautiful birds.

    Agree with Judy on the bill. I like the COMP and the idea of including 1/4 of the nest and the female. (She looks as if her nictitating membrane is covering her eye.)
