    Canon 28-105 @ 30mm
    ISO 200
    1/750 se @F16.0
    Bogen 3055 ballhead and Manfrotto Tripod

    i apologize for cutting off your signature/copyright, but here is my take on it. just a crop off the bottom. not much going on down there, so i didnt think it was needed. i like the placement of the sun. i like the subtle detail the HDR was able to bring out in the trees. nice job!!

    High impact and love the angle !!! Using light to the max !!! Might have try stopping down to f22 for more sunburst but love it as presented.... btw do like the crop from the bottom Lots of dark there not doing much of anything !!! Big Congrats One fine image !!!

    Well done Chris,
    I like this capture in HDR...it brings out the entire dynamic color range...I like the placement of the sun in frame and the light rays penetrating through the pine trees...good show...
    Doctor Davis' repost puts it over the top...:cool:

    Thanks Harold. It does look a lot better cropped. Sometimes i don't see the forest for the trees. :)) Glad to see one of my first HDRs was successful.

    Chris, Nice image! I like it alot! Good job on your first HDR! I haven't tried one yet!
