    I like the tight crop, pose, details and exposure control and would only clone out the specular highlight next to the bill.

    I agree with Axel on that semi-circle highlight next to the bill. You may also want to eliminate the brightest speck on the back. Nice composition, and apt title. Do I see some stray "floating" hairs in the green behind the neck?

    I love the composition and head, bill position, in relationship to the pattern of light feathers in the wing. Nice repeating lines. I might brighten the eye just a bit.

    Appropriate title. All of the minor things have been mentioned. I like the image but am distracted by the bg.

    Bg is a bit budssy IMO, but I love the evel of detail you´ve got! COngratuaitons!
