I looked at it up to 700%. As presented I don't notice it or at least as a issue that's mentionable. It might be more a product that birds with these color eyes not having a uniform yellow coloration through out. I have literally thousands of files of bald eagles and the same thing occurs with their eyes. Single pixels of one yellow color might be adjacent to a pixel that is either lighter or darker. Since their is a noticeable contrast between adjoining pixels it seems to make the individual ones more apparent. I sometimes work the eyes just to correct this "issue".
So Doug might in fact see some pixilation (sic) but it's probably more a product of having to deal with pixels in this digital age then it in fact being pixilated if that makes any sense.
I like the simplicity and open beak as well.

Minimalism always works for me if it is well down and this is a good example. Cool pose and angle. I like the soft light and composition and agree with Doug regarding the eye. It looks a bit oversharpened and the pixels around the pupil are lighter. I didn't increase the image size, either. :)
