He thinks he is anyway. Came home yesterday to find bird on the picnic table watching sq on the picnic table eating seeds. Call it the odd couple. Don stopping the car (drive is maybe 10' from the table) got both their attention, both deciding they should a be skert of sumpthin, Coop flew and sq jumped into the maple tree. Go figure.
I like the composition, image and capture Nonda...you display sharp details, good color rendition, with a good head angle and sharp eye. The bird is placed well in frame...my only recommendation to make this a stronger composition, would be to crop 1/4 from the top to eliminate some of the negative space and zero in on the subject more...congrats...a job well done...looking forward to your next one...:)
I will leave the technicals to the Pros Nonda , Nice sharp detail .Well captured ( Wonder if prey is getting scarce had one of these come up to my feeders and kill a Blue Jay a couple of weeks ago )
Nice composition and sharpness. I disagree on cropping the top, I like it the way it is.. I have a Cooper's Hawk that is taking about two Ring-necked Dove a week off of my feeders and we live in a residential area.. Maybe it is easier than flying all over the place looking for mice..
Great intensity on the Cooper's. Isn't this the second one you have spotted as you drove in the driveway? I seem to remember one from about a year ago.
Agree with cropping a tad off the top.
Very nice composition, sharpness, exposure --- now where's the next image when it lifts off? (Smile)
Cheers

Love the sharpness and the head position! This wouold work well with either a tighter vertical crop, or a wider crop following the line of the tree limb. Nice shot!
