    When birds slow down I go for bugs !!! Thinking on doing a little more this year, find them relaxing !! This one I got at Butterfly World

    Al, I like the front side of the butterfly but that back wing is kinda funky. I might consider cloning it out - I don't think it would even be missed. Good HA and I love the octagonal catchlight in his eye!

    Hey Mr. Forns,
    I like this as presented...the back wing does not bother me, as a matter of fact; it adds a third dimension to the composition...the color rendition id dead on...I like the rich vibrant colors...and the sharp details...good show...looking forward to more of these little ladies...:cool:

    Hi Al - impressive - like the contrasting red and yellows , sharp as a tack.

    Anothet good sigma lens???

    Amazing Julie ... I didn't even see it :)
    Lance I prefer this lens to the factory lenses on both Canon and Nikon The 180 is equally good !!

    Gus about time to do a macro outing !!!

    i had to take a second look to see what julie was talking about. i have to agree. makes sense. i like the 3D effect the BUG has!!

    Hey Alfred, I like the position of the insect and the sharpness. You were on a good plane to the subject. The flower dropping down from the top is also well handled. I do agree with Julie about taking out the back wing...Nice job otherwise!!

    Alfred, I like the composition and the stem bending down is interesting-colors and details all look great!!
