While in Florida, we observed a pair of Ospreys building a nest. I had a good angle relative to the sun when this one flew back with a pretty sizable stick.

Great eye contact, exposure and angle. I just find the background a little distracting. Even though everything is nicely blurred, it still distracts me. Perhaps a side effect of my simple mind .
Ditto on the BKGR. Is that a stick or an octopus??? Placement of the bird in the frame is ideal.

Great capture with everything. The eye contact and sharpness makes it all the better. Initially I had not noticed the water but then again I do not think it should be cloned out. Would have been ideal to crop but that is not an option here obviously. Love it all the same!
