    Hi. I'm new to birds. I live in the Canary Islands, and today I catched this bird, I have never seen (probably I never had eyes for it). Do you know what spice is?, I´m sorry it´s a crop of a bad shot....

    It's most likely a gray heron.

    Although in the Canaries I suppose it could be the North American equivalent- the Great Blue Heron as a vagrant. I'm not sure how to tell the two apart.
