    Default Winter Palm Warbler

    First winter Palm Warbler? I'm sure that this is a Palm Warbler but not sure about it's age:confused: Captured last month in Kissimmee, Fl. Cropped a bit and PP'ed in CS3, sharpened with Nik Sharpener Pro.

    Shutter speed: 1/400 sec
    Aperture: 5.6
    Exposure mode: Manual
    Flash: Optional,TTL, -2.0, high speed sync.
    Metering mode: Multi-segment
    ISO: 400
    Lens: VR 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6D
    Focal length: 400mm

    Can´t help with the identification. The shooting angle is a bit steped and the head turn could be better but the details and sharpness are really nice. I like the soft light and the catchlight in the eye. :-)

    I like the setting and pose. It looks a bit oversaturated and I think you are right about the ID.

    Nice pose and setting, perhaps a tad more dof would have got a bit more of the bird in focus.
