    I think it is better. I might do some selective lightening around the eyes, and maybe a touch more contrast there too. the lighter exposure really shows of the beautiful plumage.

    Cool banking pose. The BG has some artifacts and I wish the head and neck were better lit.

    Hey Monte, Killer pose and wing position. I even love the position of the barely visible feet. Working off angle to the light is hte cause of the dark face, etc. The artifacts that Axel mentions are along the frame edges, esp. the sides. If I notice them, they are a problem as Axel is eagle-eyed!
