    Just want you all to know that even though I don't come by often....this is the forum that inspires me to get out of my comfort zone....so Thanks!

    This is the same image that I put in macro and flora; http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...040#post220040
    but I continued and added an orton effect plus the fresco effect inn the filters pallette. Needed some additional tweaking in some of the darker areas through the use of levels and screen blend layers.
    I think I like this better than the straight shot!
    PS Had to drop the quality to 47 to get it to fit.

    This has a Georgia O'keefe type feel to it...this would look great printed on canvas paper, in an old frame...way to go Roman

    I wish you would get out of your comfort zone more often Roman. This is drop down gorgeous !!! Sure hope you make a large print !!!

    Roman, Love the colors and the composition-they work well together!! Nice use of the effects-Alot of times when I do alot of combined effects I have to drop the quality down low also.

    Saw it in the macro and I must say I like this one better. It is a feel-good image. The colours just fly off the page! Very nice Roman, would make a stunning print.
