    taken a few weeks ago near Geelong in Victoria

    Canon1d2n with 500/f4
    ISO 400 f8 1/2500 about 40% crop

    Hi Rob - Like the pose, head angle and eye contact.

    Looks a little over sharpened on my screen.

    As presented it is way oversharpened for sure. Putting that aside, I really like this. The comp, light, and perch all combine for a wondeful image.

    Fully agree with above I do like how you framed the image having just the right amount of perch Very pleasing I like it a lot !!
