    This is one of at least a pair of Jackrabbits that live around my house. I've tried to get a shot of them for years and I finally, sort of, got one. I wish I had been a little smoother with panning... maybe next time.

    Tough challenge to get this shot with as fast as these guys are. Would like to see you nail this one. You've got all summer to keep trying :)

    I agree with Steve. It is not too easy to pan smoothly for a fast creature like this one. Nevertheless, good attempt.

    Thanks guys. I think that I was a little too optimistic about using 1/100s. Maybe just a little faster shutter speed. It's always a tough call (for me) when trying to take advantage of motion blur.

    Getting him sharper and more room in front would have made this work as you mentioned Michael.

    I love the motion implied. Subject more to the right may look better :)
