Looks like the osprey got his head wet! I love the expression of both fish and bird. Good job on stopping the action here. The pose of both subjects is great although a better head angle on the bird would have been optimal. You might want to try toning down the fish's belly and brightening the bird's.

Contrast is strong, getting the underwings dark and the fish light. Maybe an inverse curve will help:

Great catch and good details. There is a slight magenta cast and it looks as if there is a S/H halo. If you only select the bird this does not happen. A bit more head turn of the bird would have been good.
