    Hi David Glad your going after gulls !!! Some consider them dull and common but I think they are beautiful birds !!!

    Love that pose and soft light Would like seeing a little more detail in the dark wing tips but a fine image in my book!!!! Crop wise might go a little tighter because of the wing spread !!!

    Very pretty flight pose and I like the detail and lighting in this capture. .I agree with Alfred's comments about cropping and a little more detail in the dark wing. Thanks for sharing David.

    I don't mind the current crop, but what I do miss is the tail - I sure wish it was visible. I like gulls too, and they make the best flight photography practice subjects.

    Thanks as always for the learnings!!! Tighter how? Not sure I understand. To make the wings a stronger diagonal?

    I like the banking pose and eye contact, seeing the tail would be even better. I would try to get more details in the blacks of the far wing.
