Great timing to capture this one Meint. Amazing how they are able to swallow such large prey. If it had been possible a greater DOF would have put it all in focus but still very nice as presented. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the Compliments :) Peter Yes it is normally th e head first but sometimes the snakes seems to be a little confused and take it the other way, don't really know if it is the way they catch the pray to kill it or something with the smell...???
Judy your right on this didn't think about it at the time and allso i think there are soem spots on the Glass that makes it a little un eaven with the DOF.

Arthure, this is my own snak so captive, i got it from a friend who could't have it any more. But my plan is to find some snakes this year in the wild, and get some good shot, the problem is that we only have 1 real snake in dk and some a like i think there is 4 different types or 3. wich makes it a little hard for me havent seen anny for 2 years.
