Not particularly refined, but this wide angle lens image was taken from inside my pick-up on the way between my two favorite bird photography locations: Surfside and Quintana, Texas. Behind me a few miles Surfside, a left at this intersection, about 10 miles to Quintana. Topaz adjust (of course).
Comments appreciated. regards~Bill
One funky image Bill and sure hope you try lots more :)
I like the framing and colors a lot .... there are no right or wrongs on this one but taste and for my taste its really good !!!! Looking forward to seeing more !!!
Love the look...love the colors. Might want to check the CW rotation - it feels a bit "higher" on the URC than on the LLC. Everything else is fabulous!
Appreciate the comments! About the rotation Julie: this image has not been cropped at all, and I was using the truck window as a "frame within a frame." Therefore, instead of using the horizon to level the image, I used the window bottom, since I considered it more important visually. If I level the horizon, there goes the level window. Hum... the out of whack horizon kind of goes with the weird colors and the wide angle lens perspective distortion inherent at 18mm. At least that was my reasoning. regards~Bill
