    Hi AJ - nice looking woody...

    IMHO as presented it needs more space top and bottom - feels too tight. Also think you could sharpen the bird a tad and desatuarte the blues a little. A bit of a head turn towards the camera would have been good.

    I only wish for a lower angle, but the rest is stunning, moment, light, exposure, detail, colors and BG/ambient, all terrific! Congratualitons!

    Exposure and details look good. Another vote for a wider crop, some CW rotation and a lower angle would have made it even better.

    I agree with the above comments. Nice to have such a close encounter with this bird (110mm!!)

    I agree with the above comments for the most part. It is a bit tight on the top and the blues seem too blue. But you nailed the whites. Good details. I have always thought reflective light patches on the body add to the image. Nice water drop and open beak.
