    Hi Mac

I like the image a lot Excellent pose, good view of the catch, sharp and the tech info looks fine

Not sure what went on in the post processing but sure would like to take a crack at it if you post the original. Lots of noise in the dark feathers and face is over sharpened. Should be an easy fix !!!

The only Post processing I did was use Viveza to lighten the top front of the wing. Other than that I just sharpened it with NIK Sharpner. How would I posty the original since it was a high res. NEF file?

Mac something went wrong I think the lightening? Lightening can give you a strange looking effect in dark areas The peculiar thing is you had a good exp comp? Image out of the camera had to be close to a finish product

When I said the original I meant the file without manipulations just converted !!

    Peter-
Thanks for the help. Yes I did use a sun cap on the lens. I can't figure out why the circles. Your rendition is much better than mine. It really helps to know what you did to improve it. Thanks again.
