    Photgraphing a dunnock in wintertime without anny sunlight gives you something to think about. Here I had to overexposure to get some detail in de photograph. I found it rather funny the way it came out.

    Olympus E3, Zuiko ED300 F2.8, Zuiko 1.4 converter, 425mm focuslength, 1/100 sec, F5, ISO400, +1.0 stop

    Nice high key image and pose. I might sharpen the bird a bit less.

    The perch in the FG is very pleasing and the bird is well posed. Did you use Fill Flash? The high key effect is interesting here but I would have preferred not to have that divided BG. Moving to the right or left would have would have given you a more uniform BG. (Yes, I realize that it is a lot easier to think of this in front of a computer monitor:))

    like the pose, BG doesn't worry me so much. Does look a tad oversharpened on my screen.
