    You see these poor little critters outside on a day like this and your heart really goes out to them...then you remember that you have to buy twice as much bird food because they won't stay out of your feeders and suddenly, their misery seems to dissipate...

    Canon 40D, 70-200mm f/4L
    f 5/6 @ 1/60th, ISO 400
    Manual mode, AWB, no flash, handheld
    Processed in ACR & CS4

    Nicely done Julie...I like the placement of the little guy in frame...you might want to selective sharpen the eye a tad more...it looks soft...and don't worry about him, he's made for the cold weather...:D:cool:

    Jules, Really cute!! Love the pose -colors look good,maybe a tad more sharpening to the eye as suggested by Gus.

    I don't know which one captures the best squirrels, Jules -- you or Nonda! You both have a real knack for catching them at their best.

    This shot seemed to have a slight greenish cast. I also darkened the background a little. Hope you don't mind me messing with your squirrels! :eek:

    Nice pose, Julie and I like the repost a lot. I don't think you need worry about this one starving anytime soon - it looks very fat and happy. :)
