Taken at Wakodahatchee tonight as the cattle egrets were heading back to the rookery for the night. They really put on quite a performance as they begin to desend to the island.

A beauty, Judy Lynn! Great pose and lovely light.
If any nit, it would be just a slight head tun toward the viewer.

Judy, this is a great photo, one to really enjoy. I can't see anything that would improve it.

Very nice profile, Judy, glad they performed for you! Only wish the shadow was not there in the top of the wing.
    See ou soon!

Love this sidelight to give an ultra 3D look. I like you crop choice.

Great light, pose and details. You probably could lighten the shadow on the left wing a bit.

This is gorgeous. I know the shadow has been mentioned....but that's the way it was and seems so natural. Well done!!

Awesome photo, the light, the pose and the sharpness really make this ordinary bird look extraordinary! Is this full frame?

Well done, Judy. Beautifully composed. The lighting is fine, and the top shadow adds to the drama for me. Your directions for my day-trip were spot-on....thanks very much.

Sorry I wasn't at Wako last night too. Beautiful light and beautiful position. The shadow on the wing is OK by me. You can nit it or call it reality.
