    Default Valentine's Day Burrowing Owls

    Appropriately enough this cute couple cuddled together for us on Feb. 14th. Seems Cupid was busy with the birds too:). Taken during Artie's IPT last week.

    Canon 40D + 100-400L @300mm, aperture priority, evaluative metering, 1/125s., f/6.3, ISO 800, +0.7 EC, natural light (late afternoon overcast), handheld.

    Daniel, Really lovely-the pose and eye contact are just super! I love these little guys-exposure and details look great too!!!

    What a cute couple! I love those big pupils. I might sharpen the head of the bird on the left just a tad.

    Very nice scene, love the atitude of the birds and the light as well as the dteail, respot looks good but I like them both. COngratualations!
