    Art,

Nicely composed in the frame. I would have liked to see the right eye a bit more visible.

In Photoshop or similar, open a levels adjustment and set a white point on the BG and a black point on a black patch down under the owl. The will color balance it (get rid of blue cast) and setting the black point will make the pattern pop.

I have my white point set at 240 RGB and black point at 10 RGB as the levels defaults.

Art, I'd first like to say how much I've enjoyed all of your Snowy Owl posts! This one is no exception. The composition is very nice agree w/ slight blue cast-but sometimes it adds a sense of coldness. I see a very slight bit of dark at top of frame-

I don't believe there is such a thing as "just" a snowy.
that being said, great detail. I'm interested to see how Roberts comments would affect the image.

It's a really interesting pose with one eye visible and just a part of the other, the image does look a little on the blue side but in a cold environment that's fitting.

I like the angle and pose, the tight crop works well here. Another vote for removing the color cast.

Art you must have been laying on the ground ten feet away to get a shot like this! Very good detail and one more vote here for raising the color temp a bit.
