A little down time and I start "gettin' stupid".
"Gettin' stupid" is basically experimenting with techniques you will not find in the text books.
If it's not in a book, it must be stupid.

"Gettin' stupid" can result in amazing images, other times the images are just junk.
Even if the images turn out to be junk, you might pick up a few neat tricks that can be incorporated into other photographic opportunities.

Just a wild guess. I t looks like you photographed a mirror in front of the camera with another mirror directly behind the camera. The old smoke and mirrors trick:)

    God bless

James, Not sure but I love the creativity! The tiles imply bathroom-maybe shower?

Bathroom with the light off. Long exposure facing mirror. Zoomed out and stopped...waited a few seconds and zoomed out again and stopped. Right? No? At least I took a stab at it.

By the way you can make fun of my brother and my pop all you want - I am a beacon of hope for the Pietri genetic pool! Hahaha.

I'll guess - shooting in front of a mirror, with a long exposure... If it was a fixed focal length, I think you moved your gear closer/then stopped a few times.. If it were a zoom lens, I'd guess you increased the focal lenght then paused a few times!

Don't know for sure, but I love the image! I haven't done anything like this for a while.. But used to have great fun playing around~! Thanks for sharing

    One mirror. No zoom.
My lens acted as a second mirror.
The circles are the reflection of the 600mm F4 lens elements.
