Here is a picture of a hawk I took last spring. I am looking for help IDing the type of hawk that is pictured. Some said they thought it was a shin hawk, but I am really not sure. Thank You for your help

Where was this taken? My first though was juvenile Northern Goshawk: its a young accipiter with an obviously white supercilium, but seeing you are from Florida I would be very surprised to see one there in the spring. Given that, I would guess Cooper's Hawk from the large (proportionately) head and thin streaking.

I'd vote for Cooper's Hawk - I'd expect greater contrast between the light and dark areas of the bird on a Goshawk, and the feet also seem to have the long toes more typical of a Cooper's.
