    I was out taking pictures today when I met with a swarm of redpoles. I had a hard time getting sharp images because they move so much. My focus was slowed somewhat due to the 2x. Finally, my persitancy paid off and I was able to smap this very sharp image. I wish he could have looked slightly more towards me, but unfortunately, he flew off.

    Very nice redpoll image, Joël! I like the details and pose even though a slight head turn would have been great. The bird is a bit tight in the frame for my taste. I would add a bit room top and right, the image has a slight yellow cast and I would run a bit NR on the BG.

    Nice image! I would prefer more active pose but it is quite hard to get good image of those small active birds
