    #1 ~ Hi Folks:

Been extremely busy with my websites, notecards, and printing bird photos etc. as the birds are flocking in to Madera Canyon. Birds of note at the moment at Madera Kubo B&B are the Elegant Trogon & Painted Redstart along with at least another dozen new arrivals.

What I would like is your CC's on the display format I am now using.

    Do you like it?

    Appreciate all your opinions

Gus, will this be the format for your note cards. Personally I like frames, I know some people don't. Rather than than bevel and emboss for the inner frame I would pick just a thin black line. Just my preference though.

    #2 ~ Hi Jackie:

Yes, this is one of 3 options. with embossed white matte

Another is a 1px line around photo.

And the Oval as shown here with a Bridled Titmouse.

Also, I over sharpen them for printing.

    Thx for your CC.

    #3 ~ Hi Jackie

Here's an example of my third option showing a Vermillion Flycatcher.

Yes prefer the inset thin line the best. Nice, simple and clean looking:)

I also like option 3 best ... for a note card. Option 2 would rock as an actual print with matte and framing to go on a wall. Depending on the subject and comp, of course.

I like the format Uncle Gus...the individual frames depend on the actual image...there is no specific cookie cutter form that will go well with everyone...it's just like the colors on cars, one color looks good on one model; but bad on the other...You have good taste, and creativity...just let it flow...:)

For cards I would also go for 3 Gus but the others look mighty fine. For cards I like the idea, for posting I'm not a big fan except for certain images.

#1 Actual size ~ Hi Folks:

Thank you very much for your comments. . . .

I too like #3, however #1 is very popular because when printed out the photo appears to be inset or embossed into the paper.

Just another look with an Acorn Woodpecker at actual 4.25"x 5.5".

Appreciate all your comments as they are very informative.
