    The light and the photo opps at Estero this AM were the best I have ever seen there. Many birds and just beautiful light. AM was doing an IPT and I'm sure his group was as pleased as I was with the conditions. The last time I stood next to Artie and shot was about 1 month ago at West End in minus 20 wind chills shooting Snowy Owls. What a difference today was!!!!!

    You are right about the beautiful light. A very non-ambitious Peli, the fish looks so little in that huge bill :)
    It may be oversharpened and we could use a few degrees of head turn judging by the eye.
    I'm glad you are enjoying Florida.

    Beautiful light indeed! Nice capture, but wish for a tiny head turn toward the camera. This pelican must be dieting...that teeny weenie fish hardly seems worth his effort!
