I like the landing pose, eye contact and details. It is too tight in the frame for my taste and it looks as if it needs a bit CCW rotation.

I really like the pose, the flying water drops and the splashing water around the pelican. Good eye contact. I agree that it is tight in the frame and needs the ccw rotation.
