Another duck image in late afternoon light. C&C encouraged and greatly appreciated.

Hi Katie - gorgeous duck - love that water and the reflection. The greens on the head look a little bright on my screen - could just be my screen, I would maybe just tone them down a tad. I would also crop some from the top and give it more of a pano feel.

When I first looked at it - thought it might need some CW rotation - it doesn't ---- Did you already rotate?? and did you use this method --- http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ead.php?t=6538

    Well done :)

Nice looking mallard Katie! Love that water and the reflection. I agree that the face looks a bit bright, or even washed out. Did you use the Shadow/Highlight tool? I ask because it looks like what I usually get when I use it and push it *just* a little too much.

Hey guys, thanks for looking and commenting. Lance, I didn't use that method to level but it looks pretty neat so will go with it next time. And, Kurt, it looks like I got a little carried away with the highlights.
