    I like the composition and details of these beauties. BG looks good, too. I might remove the specular highlight in the eye of the OOF bird.

    More folks should do ugly birds! I agree with Axel remove the specular highlight; or tone it down.

    I think this is a spectacular image. The red colour, sharpness, eye detail and composition are all really good. Juts the OOF highlight removal is needed.

    Well seen, a very cool shot Layton, great detail on the first bird and the oof bird adds to the comp and interest. I agree with re the highlight.
