    50D, 300 F4L IS, ISO 400, F7.1, 1/200 hand held. This crop may not work for many, I didn't have a lot of options.

    Very nice. I really like the impact of the owl looking right at me with bright yellow eyes. The cut off wings make the shot in my opinion. I love that composition. The diagonal of the bird's right wing leads me right to those wonderful eyes. Great work. Wish I had these owls in my area...

    I like the crop, details, eye contact and head position. The lightened eye looks good, too.

    Light anlge is not THE best, but I LOVE thos shot as presented! Great pose and crop! Congratulaitons!

    Hi Art!

    Is the color of the left eye original or retouched? From the sun angle, I would have expected this eye to be darker but I may be wrong...
