Early morning Take Off

Tis image was taken early in the morning when the sun was just coming up. The cormorant looked so beautiful in the golden light and we were able to get several i,ages of him at certain stages of take off.

Gorgeous light and water, and I like the splash. Does look a little soft on my monitor and the wing position is kind of in between.

I like the action and the splash a lot here Judy, to me the bird looks a touch bright and I might try reducing the exposure a little to see what the effect is.
