    Default Another BIF

As I said before, to try to focus BIF is very funny. In this case, I was using a nikkor 105 micro manual focusing. As I was handhelding my camera, you can see the bee is not perfectly focused, but even so, I love the scene...

    Cámara: Nikon D300
    Exposición: 0,005 sec (1/200)
    Aperture: f/5,6
    Lente: 105 mm
    Velocidad ISO: 500
    Tendencia de exposición: 0/6 EV

The backgrounds on these BIF images are exquisite, Jose. This one even the flower stamen are gorgeous. You've got to get that shutter speed up so you can capture that bee and really freeze him in the motion and these images will be absolute perfection.

Thanks Julie. I'm trying to improve my technique, so I hope to get better pics soon. As you say, higher shutter speed should have helped, as a higher ISO. It´s a shame I could'nt get good ones. I have another sample of this problem:

    Nice work Jose!

You sure are getting some great captures.

Hand held you would have to shoot over 1/500's with moving subjects to get a crisp shot.

I would try invest in a tripod if don't already have one, cause you'll sure have some stunning images in no time.
