    Hi Kevin All you needed was a clear bg !!! Tough competing will all those twigs.

    I like how you framed the image and made a good exposure. btw a slight twist of the head brings the head square to the film plane !!! btw used to visit your area lots of time, there was a mighty fine gunsmith there.

    Thanks for all the comments. I appreciate all the feedback.

    This post was a little "tongue in cheek", but yes, the background was poor - perhaps if I get an hour or two I'll try and clone it all out.

    As for the Crane itself, the following was probably a better technical image but he was "in process" as it were.
