    A nice shot of a very wary bird, I'd guess.

    I think this could make a strong vertical image (I would crop just enough to remove the branch on the left). Too bad you didn't have a polarizer on your lens to remove the shine from those leaves. I fail in this area frequently as well. Raptors can be a real challenge as they are so difficult to get close to most of the time.

    Nice find. I would also go for a vertical crop and decrease the contrast as there are not many details in the lower part.
