This is from August at Morro Bay. They're cute little guys but since folks feed them, they're not very afraid and while I was intent on taking photos, one ran up my leg and scared me so much I fell over backward:o:o The good thing is that I protected my camera and lens:D at the expense of my backside! Too funny. As always, C&C encouraged and appreciated.

    Canon 40D; f6.3, 1/640; Eval +1/3; ISO 800 and 100-400 @400

Adorable Katie and I like the flowers! Yes I would have been just a bit shocked myself if a squirrel just ran up my leg, always protect the camera gear:D

Great pose and eye contact. Your composition and the natural habitat on your image makes it all the better Katie. Congrats

Katie, great exposure and sharpness. Love the little fingernails and flowers. Glad your camera and lens are still intact.

Love the foreground. Adds a great touch! This little guy really looks like he was stocking up for the winter. Needs to go to Weight Watchers. Great image, Congrats!!!!
