This is a bird called Biguá. After fish is placed on some trees and landed in the sun to dry.

Hola Diego, the light is a bit hard to my taste but I like the pose of the cormorant. The out of focus branch in the foreground is a bit distracting and the result would be much better with a less distracting background. Keep them coming :-)

I like the details and pose. The BG in the upper right is distracting and I wish for a bit more head turn toward you.

Thanks Juan and Axel for the comments, it's true, the background distract, maybe it's because the photo was taken at noon and the light was very hard.
