    Fantastic sharpness Philip and superb eye contact. IMO the bird should be placed a litle more higher in the frame because the reflection of the head is very close to the bottom border. The blue color of the waves adds a very interesting touch.

    I like the water color with a hint of blue. Exposure and sharpness look good. The bird is a little cramped on the left side of the frame. I don't mind the fact that the reflection of the head comes close to the bottom of the frame. It's not a strong reflection, so the crop works for me in that regard.

    Flip'd! Really nice image. I like the overall mood and feeling. Well exposed, and very sharp. There seems to be, what I can only describe as, cloning artifacts over the back of your subject. I agree with Doug that just a bit more room to left would be nice. I'm also going to agree with Juan on the point of cropping a little from the top, pushing your subject closer to the top of the frame.
