    Another Masi Mara image. This is an older slide scan so no exposure data available. This lioness was heading for a wildebeest that appeared somewhat impaired. The result was inevitable.

    Nice crop with the vertical and great getting her coming right at you. I would suggest some additional sharpening.

    Thanks Robert, I'm a little gun shy on sharpening now. I've been told that I've way over sharpened some images, so I'm backing off a bit. I'll keep working at it. Thanks again. - John

    John,
    You got a lovely stalking image. I would increase the contrast a bit and would recover the details in the whites in the foreleg. Thanks for sharing.

    This is a great image stunning eyes! Sharpening for the web is difficult as I have found out.

    Great eye contact. I agree about sharpening more.
