Taken at Roosevelt Wetlands last Wednesday evening. The sun was low and it was cold. While it is always nice to have a subject that really pops off the background, this image conversely shows the harmonious visual bond of subject and its natural environment.

Wait, what did you say about my Caspian Tern image again??? :P

Very nice light, very sharp. I like the composition but I get this feeling that cropping from the top and a little from the right would strengthen the image. It would have been nice to have a little more room between your subject and its background, for a little more blur. Very nice work.

I like the light, eye contact and angle. Maybe a bit more room on the left, crop off the top and some BG blur.
