So sad to lose fellow photographer and friend Kenn Christensen. I captured this image when I was on a photo safari with Kenn. Unfortunately, I had a problem with my lens so none of the images really turned out properly. The memories do remain completely intact from that day. Such a sad loss for his friends, family and photographic community.

He was also a member here at birdphotographers.net, he truly was a wonderful bird photographer and liked to push the boundaries with digital art scenics as well. Thanks for the kind words.

Sad news indeed. Nice tribute with the Crane looking towards the heavens.

That is truly sad news Gary. I knew Kenn from his work on another site and he was a great guy and treated everyone with utmost respect. So sad to hear and I hope the best for his family and friends. Thanks for sharing the news.

I know he was active here as well as the Digital Image Cafe and a predecessor digitalphotocontest.com.

I am very sorry to hear that sad news. I remember some of the images that Ken posted in BPN, specially one of a butterfly that I really enjoyed a lot.
